The following email was written to publicize a recent sleepover at the Museum of Science in Boston:

OK Scouts -

This event was a BLAST last year.  The Museum of Science overnight is one of the most popular Cub events for scouts AND parents (Museum staff runs programs/events thru 11pm.)  We only have 40 total spots available at $53 per person, and spots usually go quickly...

To sign up:
  1) E-mail me the names of who will attend (parents are generally expected to chaperone their children)
  2) Place/send check made out to "BSA PACK 140" to our snail-mailbox (47 Crown Ridge Rd)
  3) YOU ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL I RECEIVE YOUR CHECK ($53/person)
